Matthew Crosby & David Lutz Recognized by Best Lawyers® in 2025

Handler, Henning & Rosenberg LLC is proud to say that two of our attorneys—Matthew Crosby and David Lutz—were named in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in America®. Matthew has spent more than 20 years fighting for the rights of the injured and wronged in Pennsylvania. “I like the fight—the fight to hold Big Insurance accountable, the fight to find justice for real people,” Matthew writes. For his part, David has fought on behalf of plaintiffs for nearly four decades and has appeared in every edition of Best Lawyers® since 2006. They were recognized for their work in Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs in Harrisburg, PA.

Attorney Awards Based on Honest Peer Review

For decades, Best Lawyers® has published annual lists recognizing the most accomplished and highly regarded legal practitioners in dozens of specialties in every metropolitan area.

Nominees are put forward by colleagues and former clients, whose names are put in a ballot sent to legal practitioners nationwide. The ballot asks respondents to rate each nominee according to a simple, critical question: if you needed a lawyer, would you turn to this person?

Nominees are further vetted to ensure all meet the highest ethical standards and are in good standing with their respective state bar. Those with the highest scores are added to the final published list.

In other words, when lawyers were asked what attorneys they are most likely to turn to, Matthew Crosby and David Lutz of Handler, Henning & Rosenberg LLC were among the most trusted and highly regarded.

Our thanks to Best Lawyers' researchers and colleagues who rated Matthew and David so highly. It's a well-deserved honor, given their respective accomplishments and the number of lives they’ve changed.
